About Us

Dee Shepherdson

Dee is the Licensee of the Old Horse and worked for Everards Brewery Limited at Castle Acres for a number of years before meeting her husband Kevin. She is responsible for the smooth running of the pub, recruiting and training staff and maintaining the busy kitchen alongside the two Chefs.

Kevin Shepherdson

Kevin has worked in the Licensed Trade including running Night Clubs for 27 years and takes responsibility for promoting the pub and organising themed events. He has run several pubs for Everards including the Crows Nest, The Aberdale and the Wayfarers in Kettering.

Glenn Heggs

Glenn is Head Chef and has been at the Old Horse for 14 years with a short break.  He has ultimate responsibility for the running of the kitchen and the ever changing daily Hot Plate Menu and A la Carte Menu.
